Kari graduated from college with a B.S. in Health Education/Communications. While searching for a career after college she became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. During this time of training and teaching fitness classes she discovered yoga. Yoga healed her body from over 18 years of competitive athletics at the high school, college and post-collegiate level. Kari found her career!
She became certified in Hatha Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates in 2000. She has recently been trained in TRX (suspension trainers which are used in the circuit classes and in private sessions) and barre. She is also currently enrolled in the International Sports Science Association Master Trainer program.
Kari has a passion for helping and guiding people to heal their own bodies in an effort to be strong, healthy, pain-free and at peace.
